Where is my order?
Tracking ID will be sent to WhatsApp and Email within two days after your order has been placed. You can track your orders online using the tracking number provided by the respective courier company.
Do you provide COD?
Important Notice for COD Orders
To ensure the best possible service, all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be approved only after confirming with the client. Once you place your COD order, our team will contact you for confirmation. Please ensure your contact details are accurate to avoid any delays. Thank you for your cooperation!
What is my shipping cost & delivery time?
Free delivery anywhere in India. Please expect the following delivery times:
1. Rajasthan – 4-7 business days.
2. India– 7-8 Working business days.
3. Village area -10 - 15 days
Certain pin codes in J&K,punjab or Northeast India may take slightly longer. Sundays, National & State specific holidays may affect delivery times.
Can I get express shipping?
Express shipping available at extra cost .
Shipping Process ?
- Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
- Shipping Notification: You will receive an email and a WhatsApp message with your tracking link once your order is shipped.
Product Delayed?
While we aim to deliver your order within the estimated time frame, there may be occasional delays beyond our control. If your shipment is delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible and work to resolve the issue promptly.
Defective Products ?
If you receive a product that is defective, please follow these steps:
- Parcel Opening Video: Make a video while opening the parcel to document any defects. This video is essential for processing your return.
- Report the Defect: Contact our customer service team with the parcel opening video and details of the defect within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- Return Processing: Once we verify the defect, we will arrange for a full refund to your account after receiving the returned product. No reverse shipping fee will be charged for defective products.
Returns and Exchanges ?
If you are not satisfied with the design or wish to exchange the product, the following conditions apply:
- Reverse Shipping Fee: A fee of INR 199 per piece will be applicable for reverse shipping.
- Exchange Process: For exchanges, once we receive the returned item, we will courier the new item to you.
- Return Process: For returns, INR 199 per piece will be deducted from the refund amount to cover the reverse shipping fee. The balance will be transferred to your account once we receive the product.
Conditions for Return ?
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact.
- Returns must be initiated within 2 days of receiving the product.
- The parcel opening video must be provided for defective product claims; otherwise, the return will not be accepted.
